Inter-House Math Quiz at Akal Academy Matter
At Akal Academy Baru Sahib, learning goes beyond textbooks—and the recent Inter-House Mathematics Quiz Competition proved just that.
This wasn’t just a test of formulas; it was a vibrant display of logical thinking, teamwork, and resilience. Students from Grades VI to XII came together in an atmosphere buzzing with energy, focus, and the thrill of solving problems under pressure.
These events matter the most to us because they build more than academic knowledge. They foster critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and confidence—skills essential for real-world success.
Through this engaging experience, students discovered that math is more than numbers; it’s a tool for sharpening the mind and building persistence. And when tackled in teams, it becomes a journey of shared growth.
At Akal Academy, we believe such opportunities are essential in shaping value-driven individuals, rooted in compassion, equipped with wisdom, and guided by integrity to lead with purpose in a changing world.

In the divine spirit of Gurmat Parchaar, the Jatha of Akal Academy Baru Sahib recited this celestial Aarti of Sahib Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji at Ranchi, creating an atmosphere of pure devotion and spiritual stillness. The students rendered the shabad with traditional string instruments like Rabab (as played by Bhai Mardana Ji), Dilruba and Taus (instruments of Guru Gobind Singh Ji), and the Tanpuri. Back at Akal Academy Baru Sahib, these instruments are taught to students as part of their extracurricular training, alongside regular scholastic education, nurturing both their spiritual and artistic growth.
After the successful Kirtan Diwan, Gurmat Camp, and Self-Defense session at Ranchi, the Jatha is now continuing its spiritual journey with ongoing engagements at Ramgarh Cantt—a place of deep Sikh legacy, home to the Sikh Regiment and Punjab Regimental Centers.
Ramgarh Schedule:
17th June – 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM – Morning Kirtan Diwan
We warmly invite the Saadh Sangat to join and bless the Jatha with your presence as we continue this journey of spreading the light of Gurmat across Eastern India.

Let every child hold a book, not a burden.
Because when we educate a child, we empower a generation.
Akal Academy Baru Sahib recently observed World Day Against Child Labour, standing united in the belief that every child deserves a life filled with learning, love, light and not labour
Childhood is a precious phase meant for curiosity, creativity and character-building, not carrying the weight of responsibilities that rob them of their dreams. Education is not just a right; it's the foundation of a progressive society.
At Akal Academy, we are committed to nurturing young minds through value-based education, compassion and spiritual wisdom. We strive to build a future where no child is denied the joy of
learning because of poverty or exploitation.
Let us all come together. Parents, educators, leaders and citizens to create awareness, take responsibility and make education accessible to every child.
An Invitation from the Valley of Divine Peace.

Continuing this tradition of building strong communication skills, the Inter-House Vocabulary Quiz, which was organized by Abhay House in collaboration with the English Department, brought together enthusiastic participants on the stage.
Students across junior and senior levels competed with zeal, showcasing their command over vocabulary and communication.
Through such interactive events, AABS empowers students to:
