Earth Day – 2022
For the past 40 years, Earth Day has been celebrated around the world to call attention to some of our most pressing environmental and social problems, including climate change, biodiversity loss, and dwindling natural resources.
The day started with a beautiful message where students were reminded of 5 actions towards safe earth. The whole school, whether it was the students, support staff, teachers, guards, admin staff or helpers took part in this endeavor and initiative. Each one of them took a pledge to save Mother Earth by doing simple doable actions. Our continuing effort in our daily life will make this beautiful planet thrive. To understand – the magnitude of the problem, students celebrated Earth Day on April 22nd, 2022.The students took the responsibility of managing the indoor plants. Students wrote poems and shared why it is important to take care of our home, Planet Earth. Students made posters and campaigned vigorously to motivate the entire school. Our Environmental conservationists from the Middle and Senior school contributed by doing various activities which included poster making and slogan writing.
